On September 8th, we anticipate an event marked by new programs, movies, and specials, as well as previews of the new series and films that will premiere next year. On their social media, a preview of this day has been available for a few days now.

If you don't have your subscription yet, now is the time; tomorrow is the big day: Highlights in this edition include premieres such as the short The Simpsons: Welcome to the Club, where we see Lisa intending to be a princess but realizing that being a villain might be much more fun. The documentary Obi-Wan Kenobi: The Return of a Jedi is added, with unseen footage and showcasing all the magic behind the scenes, a clear call to Star Wars fans.

SERIES

Among the various series premieres, Cars on the Road stands out. The story begins when Lightning McQueen and his best friend Mater embark on a cross-country road trip during which Mater mentions that his sister is getting married. This series will not lack new characters and reunions with old friends in highly dynamic settings that will delight both young and not-so-young Disney fans. Tierra Incógnita, an original series produced in Latin America, features a teenager who discovers a spine-chilling world while searching for the truth behind his parents' mysterious disappearance eight years ago. In its development, he must overcome his fears to find answers and solve the mystery in a dark and unexplored world. Mike is a series that shows how Mike Tyson sees it through his eyes—a narrative of his life marked by an analysis of discrimination in the United States, among other issues. Additionally, there will be a new episode for Disney Plus's current hit series She-Hulk, where we don't know all the surprises yet but certainly suggest Jennifer Walters will show herself more comfortable as She-Hulk than her cousin Bruce Banner as Hulk.

MOVIES

We have the anticipated premiere of Pinocchio; this time it's a live-action version featuring performances by Tom Hanks as Geppetto or Luke Evans as the Coachman. This "remake" will help us reminisce about the past and allow youngsters to discover a classic adapted to modern times.

For Marvel fans, we must point out that we expect the new premiere of Thor: Love and Thunder on this special day. Thor goes in search of inner peace but faces danger from a god-killer threatening Asgard and the entire universe. The adventures of the god of thunder continue with Jane Foster added as a new superheroine this time around with showing love's power being her main goal.

But there's more because there will be new dates for upcoming Disney+ releases. Among them stands out one confirmed date that won't leave Giselle's followers indifferent since Disenchanted will premiere on November 24th. This movie is Encantada's sequel starring its lead actress Amy Adams, following its first version's success; we are sure it won't disappoint as romantic comedy.

This and much more await us this September 8th on Disney+! If you still don't have your subscription, join Sharingful for less than €3, so you don't miss out on anything.
