As an administrator, you must first activate purchase restrictions to prevent the person you share the subscription with from making any purchases. You can do this by following these steps.
- In the Prime Video app menu, go to Account and Settings.
- Go to the "Restrictions" tab and set a PIN for the account.
- Activate purchase restrictions and set a secure 5-digit PIN (avoid using 00000).
- Wait to receive the "TV code" from the family member who wants to link Prime Video on the TV. Once you have it, visit primevideo.com/mytv and enter the code in the corresponding field. Remember that you can always remove that device through the Restrictions section.
Using the Amazon Prime Video Subscription as a Family Member
